Well, with chapters ending, new chapters must begin.

I have updated my tagline. I have been away for a while and think it is a good time to get back on the horse and try writing again. I am older, wiser and have a little more direction for this blog.

I have decided I have opinions that may be shared by others, and maybe not. I enjoy editorial style articles to read and write. I am reminded of Andy Rooney’s voice from 60 Minutes so many years ago. My grandparents would watch it on Sunday nights and sometimes, after family dinner at their house, we would still be visiting when the show came on the big console TV.

It is 2020, in my part of the world. It is an election year. Opinions are varied, some organized some haphazard, some opinions are backed by facts, but mostly I find they are backed by emotion.

Sometimes when people are driven by emotion it allows them to accomplish great things; good things or bad things. Both of these things can be great in size.
